There's not a lot of fast food that I crave, but Chiptole is one of those chains that knows how to cook their beef. Try this recipe on the weekend and be prepared to serve a crowd or eat it for a few days.

Recipe: Beef and Broccoli
I make this recipe all the time because it doesn't take long at all ... when you use Steam'ums instead of the beef that the recipe calls for. Trust me, this recipe tastes good either way (Just be sure to drain the Steak'ums before adding the other ingredients).

Recipe: Mongolian Beef
My fiancee and I judge Chinese restaurants by the quality of their Mongolian beef. This is one of the best homemade versions that I have tried. It doesn't take that long to prepare either. If you follow the recipe verbatim, it's a little too sweet so you might want to cut back on the sugar. Otherwise, enjoy!
